LikedThe bars & restaurants looked the part. Arismendy, Rosa, Francisco, Alberto, Diery & Angel were great. The pools were a good temp. The drinks were sometimes great. The daily activities & parties at night were enjoyed by everyone.

DislikedWe were out in a room where everything was broken, we brought it to the staffs attention on the first second and third day of our trip and weren’t accommodated, Pedrico charged us 1800 for a room valued at 1000. When we asked to only be charged for what we were given, he refused. We spent our entire trip in a broken room. But paid full price. The food made us sick, I have travelers diarrhea because of it. Our water was cold, the beds LED light was exposed and broken causing a hazardous situation. The tv was broken and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. We only received 100 USD for compensation.

DislikedI am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience my girlfriend and I had during our recent stay at your resort. To begin with, upon our arrival, we were appalled to find that a staff member, who was assigned to assist us with our luggage, approached us and offered cocaine and would not take no for a answer. He then Pulls out a bag and procced to try to give to us for free after being told no many times. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also extremely concerning, as it raises serious questions about the integrity and safety standards of your establishment. Furthermore, despite opting for the Diamond Club service, we found it to be far from satisfactory. Not only did it fail to meet our expectations, but it also resulted in a distressing incident where my girlfriend slipped on the stairs due to negligence in maintaining safe conditions. This incident led to her sustaining an injury to her back, which has caused considerable discomfort and inconvenience. Overall, our experience at your resort left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable and disappointed. The combination of negligence, inappropriate behavior from staff members, and the overall atmosphere created a sense of unease and discomfort, rather than the relaxing and enjoyable vacation we had anticipated. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a response regarding the steps you intend to take to rectify these matters and any compensation or remedial measures that may be offered to us. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I sincerely hope that you will take our feedback seriously and work towards improving the standards of your resort for the benefit of all guests

LikedThere was no bath tub in my room or any other people I spoke to bldg 5,6,7. The people I spoke to were somewhat disappointed with the hotel. The staff was ok. The bartenders Torres, Caesar, & Reyes were great. Henry at Hunters Steak House was amazing. Ledy another waitress was attentive and very sweet. The best food was at the Steak House.

DislikedMy TV was broken and wasn't fixed until Tuesday from since Sunday. Room service was I wasn't impressed! Either

DislikedMajority of the workers are not friendly and attentive, language barriers. Entertainers are liking and only cater to certain individuals. My money just as good as others. Room Services is terrible, horrible! Had to ask for bottle water several times never delivered to the room. Our mini bar was never restocked for 4 days.
