LikedBeautiful resort! We will definitely visit again. The rooms were clean and set up very nice upon entry they have gifts in the rooms for you (slippers, tote bag, beach supplies for the kids) The staff was also very kind and the food was good & authentic.

DislikedThe location of our room was a long distance walk but we managed to find a short cut thanks to one of the staff lol. Put DND sign on door but cleaner came in anyhow and did not put back the towels when they took them out.

Likedthe food was good and property was clean

DislikedThe kids water slip area was closed and did not know why and when it was going to open back up. Some of the staff did not speak English to help us

DislikedOur room was far from every where long walk to take hotel trains and the swimming pool to and the Mexican restaurant and Brazilian restaurant the food was terrible

DislikedCouole of the Restaurant's hostess were not very nice when trying to get a table. Room smelled musty and bunk bed' mattress like kids pee.
