Dislikedthe room coulda been more cleaner and the price wasnt what i booked was more when i got there

LikedWe loved the beach; it is for sure one of the best beach options to travel in Punta Cana / Bavaro. Kids have certainly areas to play and have fun, including a kids club on the beach. If you love to stay at the beach, this will satisfy needs and expectations… clear water, white sand and large beach shore to walk in. Good to mention that it’s a long run from the Princess Family Hotel areas to the beach, those are located on opposite sides of the hotel.

DislikedThere are many issues related to room layout / design that didn’t work for us… i.e. you cannot open the bathroom door without hitting the inside doors dividers, some spaces are too narrow and it’s difficult for a family with kids to manage, no place for hanging your wet clothes/swimming suits, ambient lights placed on top of the bed (right in the middle) others out of reach, Princess Family is close to certain pools designed for kids which is great, but certainly too far from beach front. Funny fact: main buffet food quality is better than having a reservation on its restaurants.

LikedThe staff was amazing! Franklin was especially great and made our stay even more enjoyable.

DislikedWas very difficult to get chairs at pool or beach because people leave towels and go back to their room. Borys at Cappucino Cafe was rude to me and I witnessed him be rude to other guests as well. The restaraunts were excellent. The smell of the lobby in Wasbani/Teppanyaki was revolting.

LikedBreakfast was great, so many choices everyday. All the restaurants looked great, but I only go to try the hibachi and it was delicious. The beach was something else. The water was beautiful and beautiful sand with no rocks. Let me get back to the food and drink, because the cafe at the resort had the best cappuccino I ever had.

DislikedThe food was horrible we ate something and we was sick for 3 days My 2 babies were so sick and when I asked the doctor at the location she said 200$ for each just for a small medicine We were so sick that I was trying to get a flight back to states the 3 rd day Employees are rude with a crazy attitude they make you feel like you’re doing a mistake coming to this location
