Everything! The staff was great and friendly, especially Johanny. They upgraded our room immediately after we asked for a really good price. They brought to our room fruits,a cake and champagne because we told them we came to celebrate our anniversary and my husband birthday. The room was so clean and comfortable, and the view was stunning! Both pools were amazing! The drinks in the bar and they had great coffee for breakfast and a variety of food. It was the best vacation ever! This is the place to go!!!

Staff were very attentive, responsive and friendly. Thomas, at the bar, was always prompt with our drinks and requests. Evelyn, our housekeeping staff, did an amazing job, every day, early in the morning. They have two restaurants on site, which makes it possible to eat all meals there, should anyone want to. There was never a problem finding a lounge chair by the beach or the pool, and security was always present in the premises. Noise was minimum. Jhoanna at the front desk was great in helping us secure a taxi for our departure and arranging for a late check out as our flight left later in the evening. There are several supermarkets and decent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

- unbeatable location literally on the beach, from the ocean view rooms you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to amazing sunrises! - the location of the breakfast/lunch/dinner on the rooftop overlooking the beach and the ocean (and the infinity pool) was not only amazing but also very relaxing. The hotel is adults only and a little gem compared to the crowded all inclusive resorts nearby. Definitely the place to be if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. - room was large, clean, water bottles were provided daily. Wifi signal was very good. - as I was traveling alone, security at the entrance/exit of the hotel/beach added that extra bit that made me feel safe - staff was very welcoming and always ready to help with a smile

The staff was amazing. The views were phenomenal from the sky bar, and the security was around the clock. There were plenty of great restaurants that were very reasonable in walking distance.. The beds were very comfortable as well

Staff were exceptional at responding! Location with ocean facing room was exceptional. Overall property was VERY clean. Security guards 24/7 at beach and front entrances. Sky Bar breakfast was great both a la carte and buffet with a view to die for. Italian restaurant food was excellent. Safe to walk just up the street to many great restaurants and nightly entertainment.
