LikedVery spacious family suite. Two bathrooms are good for busy family. Exotics animals are around the property. Kids love watching them. Staffs were friendly and accommodated most of my requests.
DislikedHard to reserve the a la carte restaurants. I tried to book on the first day of arrival using app but nothing available. Hope there is a more exciting water park or activities for older kids.

DislikedThere is a bit of a humidity smell in the room. We asked about it, they explained because of the weather conditions that unfortunately it may happen. They tried their best to deep clean and spray everyday. Very thankful for the help
