Riu Palace Macao – Adults Only

LikedThe location and the outside of the hotel is beautiful.

DislikedSome staff were great, some not so great.

LikedYou could visit other Riu resorts close by and the daily entertainment was a plus.

DislikedThe food was not the best. I only looked forward to dinner. The rooms were also not up to date.

LikedThe beach was beautiful, the pools were amazing, the rooms were nice and the adults only category was very nice. White sandy beaches with beautiful palm trees and turquoise waters was just like the pictures!

DislikedThe food staff was very nice however, the front desk staff and room service staff were not as accommodating as I expected. I don’t consider myself high maintenance and I have travelled a fair amount, and do not expect perfection, but when the front desk individual hangs up the phone while I’m still asking a simple question, and does the same to my sister when she ordered room service, I find that to be less than satisfactory for a resort whose first priority is supposed to be customer service.
