LikedThe food, service and property were excellent.
DislikedThe room was not very clean and most days they did not make up our room unless we told them to do it. Every day we came back from the beach we had to go looking for clean towels and ask them to pick up the room.

LikedThe entire resort was extremely clean. The staff was so pleasant and professional. For an all inclusive, the food was really good and the variety was plentiful. Loved the Oceana and its location to the swim up bar.
DislikedThe are many people, due to religious and health reasons who cannot eat pork. I would like to see turkey and beef breakfast meats such as turkey bacon and turkey sausage.

If you stay here I only recommend 2 days tops but it’s not worth It giving how expensive it is the resort is. The quality and variety of food was not good and I was force feeding myself or eating fruit majority of the time. If you want to lose weight come here but you definitely won’t be satisfied with breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Unfortunately, it’s so far away from everything we could rarely was able to get to a close restaurant off the resort but this is something that is essential because the best Dominican food we had was at a local restaurant. The hotel esthetic is beautiful and picture family but the room accommodation was not worth it. We had the ocean view junior suit on the top floor and still encountered 4 roaches, infestation of farrow ants. I submitted work orders to have the room cleaned and still encountered more roaches. I was spraying bug spray all around the room and forced to live out of 3 luggage’s. There’s no door sweeper at the bottom of the doors so anything can crawl into the room “lizards” included. There were no signs to not feed the cats and there were no barriers for people allergic to them. The guest were petting and feeding the cats so they would enter the restaurants, crawl around and beg under the table for food. All and all, I we loved the events they had daily and at night but not being able to sleep comfortably or eat good food is something that was extremely difficult for the cost. So I highly recommend staying somewhere else :(.

DislikedTo many stray cats on property. Wish other breakfast options were available other than buffet. And tried to sell you as soon as you get there by confusing you to get coupons for the spa

DislikedThe food was just okay. Disappointed in the quality at all of the restaurants. The Mexican food truck was very good.
