LikedThe grounds are well kept and really pretty to walj around. I loved that there are 3 pools so if one is crowded you have two others to go to.

DislikedThey turn the air off in the room at night and it gets really hot. The food wasn’t that great at the buffet.

LikedFacility was beautiful and some staff were nice, especially Jeanette at the bar across from the lobby at check-in. She made me and me daughter feel equal.

DislikedI just discovered a $20.55 on my statement without being informed. Housekeeping came into my room after 4:30 p.m. and removed my pool key off of my bed costing me an additional $40 after I complained to management because we had to wait a several times up to a day for towels to shower. Only way I was allowed to book at a restaurant all inclusive was because of my complaint. While there I also made a complaint about prejudice. Housekeeping gave white female bath towels and told me I would have to receive mine at a later time.

DislikedThere was a guy there calling himself tio bronco saying he would ruin peoples trip because he is cool with the people who worked there not cool
