DislikedFor the last 36 hours of my trip I had explosive diarrhea all day with a fever and barely able to eat. I was sick after eating at wok wok (after waiting 2.5 hours on my birthday for food - my kids fell asleep and went to bed hungry). Today I’ve had severe cramping and diarrhea every two hours. I started exclusively using my glass today because I saw yesterday that they were just cleaning glasses with a quick rinse and not getting them from a dishwasher. I watched him take a dirty glass, rinse it and give me a frozen drink for my daughter that I threw out. That’s extremely unsanitary and unsafe. This is a truly horrible experience. I have been to many all-inclusive properties and never have experienced such rude staff, unclean conditions, an air conditioner that never was fixed and leaked the entire time we were here that my son slipped on and I had to put a towel down every day to make sure that no one slipped. A TV that was broken and I could not order room service for the first 36 hours plus. We also had a cockroach that we saw in the bathroom by the sink where my toothbrush was, a second time by a towel I had on the floor and I got a photo that time. Food was horrible everywhere we went with exception to Aquabites in the waterpark. I thought this was going to be an amazing birthday vacation for me and my twins. And it turned out to be the worst vacation I’ve ever taken in 37 years. After staying at dozens and dozens of resorts, Airbnbs, villas, castles, and hotels, I have only ever complained about one other place and it was only one thing that I had a problem with. I have had a problem every day here with something. The most significant that my son slipped on water in a room that I had already said, had air-conditioning issues. The second being that I am extremely ill and I have to get on a plane with explosive diarrhea. The place is not clean. You could not pay me to return to this resort.
